Shipping Information
siliconeiPod.com ships with UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. Pricing during checkout will be using a UPS real-time guide and generate shipping costs accordingly. Shipping costs will not change if, at our reason, we do not use UPS for your order's shipping method.

 

Refunds/Exchanges
When you order with us, your order comes with a 14 day invoice guarantee. Meaning, you have 14 days from the purchase date to be completely satisfied, or you have the following options:

1) If an order is not to your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund with original invoice included with product. If original invoice is not included with product when returned, only store credit will be issued. Refund/store credit is equal to sub-total of your order; shipping costs are not refunded back to Customer. Customer is responsible for shipping products back to siliconeiPod.com.

 

2) If an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us at sales@siliconeipod.com, and we will fix the problem, no questions asked.

 

3) If you decide the product you purchase just isn't for you, or, say, you want a different color of product, then you may exchange it for any item in our store, of equal or lesser value, within 14 days of your purchase date (minus shipping costs).

 

4) Any claims of damages to products upon shipment arrival must be filed with the correct shipping carrier. siliconeiPod.com is not responsible for damages during shipping. Products damaged by customer will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

 

Please note that closeout deal products may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

 

Products

siliconeiPod.com utilizes a series of updating processes when uploading and correcting products at our store. Unfortunately, sometimes not all these methods work entirely how we would hope. Because of this, if you happen upon a product that has a spelling error, or what you believe to be incorrectly price, please let us know. We'll correct the problem as soon as possible. siliconeiPod.com will not be responsible for these errors, however, we will try our hardest to ensure these do not happen.


Backorders

Sometimes, without notice, our manufacturers can put a backorder on a product that is unforeseen. In this instance, siliconeiPod.com will go ahead and process the order, and notify the customer about the backorder, should one arise. The customer will then have two options:


1) Wait for the order to ship. Typically, backorders do not last more than one (1) week. When the product is again avialable, siliconeiPod.com will ship the product immediately to the customer. 

 

2) The customer may cancel the order with us. If the customer chooses this option, a full refund will be given within 2 weeks  of purchase date.
